I have been a redhead since birth…well maybe not since birth, I didn’t start to grow hair until the age of 2, but you get the picture.  In middle and high school they used to call my sister and I the “redhead twins”.  We were the “freckled face red haired girl[s]“, like in that Pippi Longstocking song.

Over the last three years, I’ve been having a lot fun being a blonde, but I’m ready to change it up for Fall.  I want to stick with red, but try a more flaming shade.  My natural hair color is a reddish-brown hue, I want to add more zest with either copper, burgundy or a rust color, but of course I need to choose a color that compliments my complexion, so the question is, how red should I go??

A burgundy red like Sharon Osbourne? Christina Hendricks & Angie Everheart’s carrot red? Or maybe something bold like Rihanna’s tomato red? I visited www.dailyglow.com for a virtual makeover, to test out some colors.  Here are my three favs:
